Activate your BT reward card
Once you get your BT reward card follow the steps below to activate the card:
- Customers must head to
Purecard on their smartphone or laptop - Clients must use the 9-digit activation code that is on the bottom of the BT reward card
- After activating your card using the 9-digit code a PIN will be sent out
- Once clients have received their PIN the card is ready to be used like a MasterCard
Customers should download the MyPureCard app, which is available for Apple iPhone users on the App Store and Android clients can get the app through Google Play.
The MyPureCard app will make things easier by allowing customers to check the balance on their reward card but unfortunately, clients cannot top-up their BT reward card as it is a non-reloadable card.

The BT reward card is similar to having a credit card. a MasterCard or VISA, because it requires clients to use a PIN and the Chip to make payments. Therefore, most places that allow customers to pay through pay wave or a PIN will take BT reward card payments.
