How to access Sky rewards

What are Sky Rewards
Sky rewards are discounts and offers for Sky customers as a perk for being such a loyal customer! Whether you're a Sky TV, broadband or mobile customer, find out what you can get and how to get it.
How can I access Rewards
When you purchase your Sky services, ask about your eligibility for rewards. If you are an existing customer, ring up Sky customer care and ask them where you stand for rewards and discounts. If you are trying to cancel your services, they may try to offer you enticing rewards to keep you as a customer!
How can I claim a reward
It's easy to claim your reward by signing in to the Claim your reward page in My Account. You'll need your Sky iD details to hand.
If you're a new or existing customer, you can claim your reward when your service/product becomes active, but Sky let you know when you can claim rewards via email.
If you've recently upgraded your Sky subscription, you will be also notified about any new rewards via email.
You will receive new rewards in a period of 15 days usually. If there are any delays, reach out to Sky's customer care. We list their numbers down below.
