How to reset or change your Onestream account password
You can reset or change your Onestream account password on the login page of the Onestream portal.
- Click on the “I don’t know my password” link directly below the login button.
- This link should direct you to the Forgotten Password page.
- On this page, you will be required to enter your Username and your Email Address (the email address associated with your account) in the boxes next to them.
- If all your entries are valid, you will receive an email with a link to change your password. The link will become inactive at midnight.
