What can I watch my NOWTV package on?
You can watch NOWTV on a number of devices across multiple different services. Watch online, using the NOW TV app or with NOW TV Smart Stick. If you are using the app, Windows 8.1 or later is recommended. If you are on a browser, Windows 7 to 10 or Mac 10.9 or later is recommended. You can also watch on an iPad or iPhone. Check if your android is compatible, not all of them are!
The only set top box you can use is the NOWTV box.
You cannot use: Kindle Fire HD, Nintendo Wii, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Chromecast, Chromebook, Apple TV, Windows Smartphones, PlayStation 4 LG, Xbox One selected Smart TV models, LG: selected Blu-ray players and sound bars, and Roku Streaming Stick.
Can I try out a pass before buying?
If you’re already a NOW TV customer, but you haven't tried Cinema, Entertainment, Kids or Hayu, you can get a free trial via My Account.
Just go to My Account, and then My Passes (you'll need to enter your email address and password if you're not already signed in).
Choose Start free trial below the Pass you want to try to get 7 days free.
When will I be charged for my deal or pass?
For most passes, your first payment will be 7 days after you sign up, in other words at the end of your free trial, and then the same day each month.
However, in the case of a Sky Sports Pass, Sky Sports Mobile Month Pass or Sports Extra Pass, your payment will be taken on the same day. After this, you will be charged monthly on the same day.
