Boxing on Sky Box Office

Since almost 30 years ago, Sky Sports Boxing has been the top broadcaster of the sport in the United Kingdom, covering some of the most important fights ever (and Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Logan Paul).

The network has established itself as THE go-to place for fight fans looking to see their stars in action, with fights like Joshua vs Andy Ruiz Jr., Lennox Lewis vs Evander Holyfield, Ricky Hatton vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr., Carl Froch vs George Groves, and many more. In the latter part of 2019, Sky Sports also broadcast the contentious rematch between the YouTubers KSI and Logan Paul.

The production values and comments on the network are legendary. A lot of epic fights were made possible by the popular pairing of Ian Darke and Glenn McCrory. Sky Sports Boxing broadcasts some of the more high-profile fights on pay-per-view for an additional fee via its Sky Sports Box Office platform and broadcasts regular matches as part of its standard subscription package. This means you are expected to buy tickets for each fight even if you're a regular sky sports subscriber.

On October 15, 2022, Sky Sports will host the enormous women's super fight between Claressa Shields and Savannah Marshall. It will be the first time two female fighters have topped an all-female programme at London's O2 Arena.

Other content available on Sky Box Office

Other contents on Sky Box Office are boxing shows such as 'Toe to Toe', 'Gloves Are Off, and the soon-to-launch 'Behind the Ropes'. You also get celebrity gist, off-match and pre-match banter, and expert boxing discussions–including Jonny Nelson and David Coldwell commentaries.
