How Do I Install Virgin Media Broadband For The First Time?
Step 1
Locate the Virgin Media Hub fan underneath. Install it properly on a hard and cool surface at a reach within the Virgin Media socket. Ensure to keep it away from your cordless devices at home.
The Hub should be located wide open in a place that would receive a constant WIFI signal. However, Note that the Hub WIFI receives signals outward, not on the ground.
Step 2
Get the Hub working by connecting its wires. Tighten the white cable and blue tap into the Hub.
Avoid plugging the power socket into the power socket.
Step 3
Connect the HDMI cable provided in the package to the TV. Ensure to take note of the name on the HDMI.
Then, plug the Hub into the power socket.
Ensure it is well placed and connected.
Step 4
Slide the white cable's red label gently to the socket on the wall.
If you have a different wall socket, plug it in and turn it on the wall.
Step 5
Turn on the nearby socket to switch on the Hub. Also, make sure it is on at the back.
When the Hub is on, you connect it to Virgin Media fibre optic, which would take some while to connect.
When it is ready, it shows a steady white light.
Step 6
