Online Top up – Guests

This procedure is meant to add credit to your balance without registering your payment details online.

3. You must register your payment card, if it is not registered you will be asked to complete this process (personal and payment details); if you've already registered, then you'll be asked to provide a security code.

Online Top up – for friends and family

One of the best features of Lebara top up is that it allows customers to top up other Lebara numbers, such as family and friends, by adding their numbers to your personal MyLebara account.

Follow these easy steps to find out how you can add family and friends to your MyLebara account and top them up through the official Lebara UK website:

1. Select the top up menu.
2. Select add number and then add friend to continue (If you have not completed your payment and billing address, then you must complete it first and fill in any other marked fields before continuing).
3. Input the name of your family/friend member in the friend's name empty space.
4. Input their Lebara number in the friend's mobile number empty space.
5. Re-enter their Lebara number in the re-enter friend's mobile number empty space and click add.
6. Choose the friend or family member's number you want to top up.
7. Finally, select an instant top-up amount or you can set up an Auto top up service.

Voucher and Scratch Top up

Although the other methods of Lebara top up have been online and is more suitable for the world we live in with technology, however, customers who prefer to top up via calling can do so through this method.

Buy a voucher or scratch a top up card, then follow the options below:

1. Dial #1345* and enter the 12 or 14 digit number on the voucher, followed by # key and then select the call button
2. Call 5588 from your Lebara number and, when you hear the voice prompt, then choose option 1 and follow the instructions.

Make sure you enter the correct voucher number because, if it is incorrect, you could block your top up service.

IVR Top up

The IVR top up option is easy to follow; customers need to dial 5588 and follow the options on the phone system/IVR, then select 'Option 1' twice to get to the payment section.

After entering your payment details and, if it has been successful, then you will receive a text confirming your top up.
