Superdrug mobile customer service and contact details
You can web chat with a Superdrug customer care agent on their website from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week (excluding Bank Holidays).
They don't provide a customer care line, rather a 'complaints line' which you can leave a voicemail on. The number is 0333 338 1055. You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Can I roam with Superdrug mobile?
Roaming in Europe is covered in all Superdrug mobile plans.
You'll be able to receive calls from abroad when you're in the UK. However, there are some European Countries that are not part of the EEA and EU, so make sure and check out which are not eligible for free roaming on Superdrug's website.
Will I overuse my data?
Superdrug Mobile send you a text and an email when you're almost out of data. You can buy extra data online anytime, so you will never be stuck.
What's the coverage like?
Superdrug Mobile is powered by Three's 3G and 4G network, which covers 97% of the population, with fast speeds for browsing, gaming, downloading and emailing. Superdrug mobile have plans to roll out 5G in the near future.
Can I use tethering with Superdrug Mobile?
Superdrug apply a no limits or restrictions policy to their data plans. You can tether and use your phone as a mobile hotspot (in the UK) with your full allowance or as much as you want to use it with no restrictions whatsoever!
There is not a guaranteed tethering functionality outside of the UK; this is dependent on your device and the local network provider. For more information on this, contact Superdrug before you go abroad.
Superdrug don't enforce any data shaping or network throttling, which means there will be no lower bandwidths or intentional lowering of connection speeds. It's all unlimited and unrestricted!
Can I leave Superdrug Mobile contracts?
Yes, you can! You just need to switch off your auto renew option on the My Account section of your Superdrug mobile login. You can keep using your plan until the data when it was set to auto renew, for example on the first of the month.
To switch your number over to your new network when you leave, log in to Superdrugmobile.com and go to 'My Account', then scroll right down to the bottom and clock on 'Want to leave Superdrug Mobile?'. From there, you can request a PAC code (Porting Authorisation Code) which will be valid for 30 days. Your new network will request this code to transfer your number to a new SIM.
