Why is Turkey not included in VOXI roaming destinations?

Unfortunately, since July 8^th 2020, the roaming destinations in the Europe Zone has changed meaning Turkey is no longer included in this zone. Therefore, if you are travelling to Turkey and decide to use VOXI plan, there will be extra charges.

There is no other network that offers Turkey as a free roaming European destination, so joining another mobile network provider will do you no good.

The rates for roaming in Turkey include, 60p per minute to make a call, 8p per text, 12p per MB of data and to receive a call will cost 36p per minute but the good news is receiving texts will be free!

Can you roam outside the EU?

VOXI does allow customers to roam outside Europe but it won't be included in their current plan, meaning that clients will be forced to pay extra fees for calling, texting and data usage.

To find out all the rates for roaming outside the EU, members must head into the VOXI website and select 'Endless Roaming', then choose the 'Roaming outside of Europe' web page to find out more information.

However, great news for clients who want to travel to the USA, as VOXI USA roaming is included in the destinations outside Europe!
