Review Onetream's fibre broadband
Onestream provides three broadband connection speeds. One stream Fibre 20, the slowest package, has an average download speed of 16Mbps. This is unusually slow for a fibre connection but faster than the average standard (ADSL) broadband connection. Its second fibre plan, Onestream Fibre 55, offers an average download speed of 45Mbps.
And its fastest plan, Onestream Fibre 80, provides an average download speed of 67Mbps. The prices of these packages range from £18.95 per month to £37.95
All packages are truly unlimited downloads. Contract lengths can range from 12 to 18 to 24 months. However, there isn't a choice for a one-month contract.
Onestream customer support reviews
On TrustPilot, Onestream has a 4.3 out of 5 average, with 70% of 6,115 reviews rating them as Excellent; and 17% rating them as Bad.
There have been several reports of customers paying exorbitant prices for security software and complaints about failure to change direct debits at the end of contracts.
If you have any issues, don't hesitate to contact Onestream's UK-based customer service team at 0300 303 2184 or email hello@onestream.co.uk. During business hours, the provider also provides a live chat function. Onstream's customer service hours are from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Reviews of Onestream's broadband coverage
One stream broadband debuted in the summer of 2018, a subsidiary of Hampshire-based broadband provider Onecom. It is a relatively novel ISP, but its coverage within the UK is expected to increase over time due to its budget-friendly packages.
One stream is still relatively novel as an ISP, but its parent company Onecom is a reputable business broadband provider, so that should give users some peace of mind.
As this article ostensibly highlighted, Onestream provides one of the most affordable fibre broadband deals, making it a good value. However, there isn't a one-month option, which is unfortunate.
