What is the Three voicemail?

How to turn on and off the voicemail on Three
Follow these steps to configure your voicemail:
- Use your phone to dial 123.
- Select # and enter a new PIN.
- Confirm your new PIN and then press #.
- You will get a prompt to record your name because three will use it to identify you when you send messages to other people.
- Say your name loudly and choose #
- If you're satisfied with your name, choose 1. If you want to hear your name, choose option 2. Choose 3 to re-record your name.
- You will be asked to record a message for callers to hear when they arrive at your mailbox.
- Say your message clearly, and then choose #
- Suppose you are satisfied with your message, select 1. Choose 2 if you want to hear your message. Choose 3 to record your message again.
Your phone's voicemail set-up is now complete.
If you want to turn off your voicemail, please dial 333 from a Three phone. You can also call 0333 338 1001 from any other phone (standard rates apply). After you've turned off voicemail, you'll need to call Three again at the same number to re-enable it.
Three's Voicemail Security
Three would like to assist you in keeping your personal information safe and secure. Callers leave you a variety of information in private voicemail messages. There are already safeguards in place to keep you safe. However, you can take steps to ensure that your information and voicemails are protected further.
By default, your Three voicemail employs a feature known as Fast Login. You can access your voicemail without entering a PIN if you call from your phone. This will occur even if you have previously configured one. Fast Login should be disabled if you want the highest level of voicemail security. It is simple to turn off in a few steps:
- To check your voicemail, dial 123.
- Select option 4
- Choose Option 2.
- Choose Option 2.
- Finally, choose option one.
You must always enter your PIN to access your voicemail when you hang up, even if you call from your phone. We recommend testing it right away to ensure that everything is working properly.
If you haven't already, create a PIN between 4 and 8 digits long by following these steps:
- Use your phone to dial 123.
- Choose 4
- Choose 2
- Choose 1
- Enter a new PIN and then #.
- Enter the PIN once more, followed by #.
- Your voicemail PIN has now been set up or changed. Nobody from Three will be able to figure out your PIN, so only you will know your PIN.

- If you've forgotten your PIN, contact three to have it reset.
Please Note: If you do not answer or take the call while abroad, all calls will be forwarded to your voicemail for free. This process eliminates the need to divert calls manually.
Listening to your voicemail messages while travelling will incur standard roaming charges.
If you've manually diverted calls to your voicemail or another number, you can reset your voicemail by dialling ##002#. Manually diverted calls to voicemail or any other number will incur standard roaming charges.
