What is Vodafone One Number?

Vodafone One Number allows you to stay connected to Vodafone network on your smartwatch, tablet, or Alexa device without WiFi or your phone nearby, you may share your Vodafone airtime and data allocations across several devices with our One Number Connectivity Plans.

Vodafone One Number lets you connect your tablet and smartwatch for £15 per month, saving you up to £7 per month.


How to get Vodafone One Number

With a One Number Connectivity Plan, you can use your smartwatch, iPad, or Alexa device to share your Airtime Plan allotment, number, and contacts.

How much does Vodafone One Number cost?

To connect to smartwatch if you have an Extra plan that includes the 50% off smartwatch Connectivity bonus, you may connect your smartwatch for just £3.50 more per month.

It costs £15 per month to connect to a tablet. You may save £3.50 a month on the connectivity of your Tablet and Smartwatch when you connect them to Vodafone on One Number.

It costs nothing to connect an Alexa device to your Airtime Plan. Calls to emergency services and calls at premium rates can be placed and received using Alexa.


How to set up Vodafone One Number on Apple Watch

  1. To activate the One Number Vodafone on Apple Watch, follow these steps:
  2. Ensure that both the Apple Watch and the iPhone have Bluetooth turned on.
  3. Open the Watch app on your iPhone, press Pair New Watch, and then adhere to the on-screen instructions.
  4. Do not tap Pair New Watch if your watch has already been paired. Move on to the next step instead.
    • Skip Mobile Set-up while partnering. For now, select Skip This Step.
  5. Once your watch is paired, in the Watch app choose Mobile.
  6. You'll notice a wheel rotating. The spinning wheel will cease in 5-7 minutes. The option to Set Up Mobile might still be available, but nothing further has to be done.
  7. After being directed offsite, the plan is now being activated.
  8. You'll receive a text message from Spark once your plan is activated informing you that One Number is available for usage.
  9. Successful activation of the plan

Don't select Set Up Mobile or Add a New Mobile Plan once more if you've done all of the above and you still can't see Spark NZ or receive an error message. Instead, try resetting the phone or turning on and off Airplane mode twice. You can launch the Watch app once more after restarting your phone.


Use Vodafone One Number with Alexa

Calling on Vodafone using Alexa

Verizon Pay Customers who pay monthly can use Echo devices to make and receive mobile calls hands-free by connecting their Vodafone accounts to Alexa.

Calls will be made using your Vodafone mobile number and bundled minutes. Once your accounts are connected, you can simply ask Alexa to call a specific person by name or dial a number.

When someone calls your mobile number, Alexa notifies you on your Echo device as well, and you may answer the call using either your phone or the Echo.

On an Android device, tap here and then adhere to the on-screen instructions to begin.

For clients using iOS devices:

  1. Launch the Alexa app, choose Menu, and select Settings.
  2. After choosing Communication, choose Vodafone.
  3. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

We want you to be aware that some commercial and prepaid accounts might not be supported.

Calls will automatically ring on both your mobile phone and connected Echo devices, even if you are not close to your Echo device. To manage your preferences, go to Settings in the Alexa app.
