Contact Sky Mobile online, or call them at their customer service number which is 0800 151 2747. Call between 8.30 am and 11.30 pm Monday to Sunday to get in touch with a customer care agent. They get a fairly good rating across the review websites online, however delays on customer care lines are mentioned from quite a few customers.

Troubleshooting

Can I swap my phone early?

You can swap your handset any time after the first 31 days. If there is no damage, you get the full value of your phone back. Depending on what is left of your contract and how much the handset was valued at you will be asked to pay the remainder of the balance.

Can I keep my phone and not swap?

Of course, you can choose not to swap and you will continue paying your agreement up to the 24th month for Swap 12 or the 36th month for Swap 24, both at a lower cost, and after that is complete, the device is yours!
