Pay your TalkTalk bill with Direct Debit

The most convenient way to pay your monthly bill is to set up a Direct Debit. Your payments will automatically be deducted from your account each month, so you won't have to worry about missing a payment deadline. A Direct Debit is simple to set up and manage in My Account. Here's how to go about it:

  1. In My Account, go to Manage Payment Methods.
  2. To update your Direct Debit information, click the button.
  3. Enter or change your bank information and submit your changes.

Once set up, all charges, including packages and phone calls, will be deducted from your account automatically, usually within seven days of your bill date. Please keep in mind that there will be a fee if your bank refuses the payment. Your payment will be processed shortly after your payment due date. You can find your payment due date on your bill or in My Account.

After you've received your bill, TalkTalk will give you at least three working days' notice before collecting your payment, and if your payment date doesn't work for you, don't worry. You can always change your payment due date in My Account.
