If you need to take your complaint further, contact the Ombudsman.

The Ombudsman can carry out a free independent review on the behalf of consumers. Any decision they make will be binding on SSE's side, but not on the person or customer making a complaint.

You can choose to contact the Ombudsman if you're still unhappy eight weeks after raising a complaint. You can also contact the Ombudsman at any time if SSE proposes a solution that you inform them you are unhappy with.
