Plusnet offers a number of different cashback and rewards options depending on which deal you sign up for. Let's have a look at how it works.
How does Plusnet cashback work
Once you sign up for Plusnet Broadband, TV or mobile, you can get rewards like cashback, a Gift Card, or a Reward Card, which can be claimed once your service has activated.
If you signed up via a third party:
How you claim your Plusnet Reward may depend on that third party's own terms and conditions (alongside the claim process mentioned in these FAQs). However, the reward itself will be issued via Plusnet.
Occasionally, Plusnet Rewards are offered automatically. That means you don't need to claim them as explained below. Automatic rewards usually happen if you sign up through certain comparison sites, but we'll make it clear in our terms and conditions when you sign up.
If you signed up via a cashback site:
Your reward will be issued from that cashback site. You won't be able to claim cashback from both Plusnet and a cashback site at the same time. (This works on a 'last click, basis - you'll only be able to claim one of the rewards).
Who can claim Plusnet cashback?
You can only claim a reward if you've completed an order (taking a Plusnet Reward or Cashback deal). Changing to a different product or deal during sign up may mean you're no longer eligible for the reward, or you're eligible for a different reward. There may be different eligibility criteria, e.g. a requirement to sign up online, but Plusnet tell you exactly the requirements necessary when each Plusnet reward is offered.
Sometimes, different Plusnet Rewards are available through different channels (e.g. whether you sign up directly via their website, or via one of their partner's sites).
If you try to sign up for multiple Plusnet Rewards you'll only be entitled to one (normally the last one you've chosen). Plusnet can legitimately refuse to provide any Plusnet Rewards if they think you're deliberately trying to claim for multiple rewards.
How to claim Plusnet cashback
You'll have up to two months from the date you get your confirmation email to claim your Plusnet rewards or cashback.
The reward expires if it is not claimed within two months from the date which the email is sent, so be sure to open the email and claim as soon as you can to make sure you are not missing out.
Frequently asked questions
