First Month Free: only available to standard broadband and fibre subscribers who complete a home move with EE. Your initial monthly price plan and line leasing fee are free. You must pay other fees owed. This is a one-time credit. You cannot exchange the credit for a cash equivalent, and the offer is not transferable.

Moving home with EE: how to arrange it

To arrange moving home with EE, call EE at least 21 days to the day you plan to move, and they will handle the rest. You can call 150 from your EE or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone. If you want to terminate your contract, you can call EE on 150. Remember that you will have to pay what is left of your contract if you terminate it prematurely.
